"It's for real ya’ll"; Louis & Steen's New Orleans Coffeehouse is the Bahamas first Specialty Coffeehouse, serving authentically Cajun-Creole light-fare cuisine. Our freshly roasted, single-origin coffee beans, paired with the tastes of New Orleans create a tantalizing experience.  

Louis and Earnestine, (called Steen), a husband and wife pair, with Spanish, French, and African roots and Steen's special cuisine and sweetness, have reached the shores of The Bahamas by way of 2nd and 3rd generation family recipes.  

Bahamas, prepare your palettes for the simmering tastes of creole: juicy, mouth-watering and multi-layered tomatoes, bell peppers, celery and onions, accented with aromatic basil and oregano; and of course smothered together to crank out full-bodied spicy and creamy sauces, topping the best freshly baked French Bread. Creole Egg Croissants, Cajun Avocado Toast, Sweet Potato Hummus, Spicy Shrimp and Sausage Po' Boys, Creole Salads, and the defining goodness of New Orleans, (N'awlins) Seafood Gumbo! Oh, and there's "Steen's Sweetness"; they're epic!  Most famous were Steen's mini sweet potato pies that always moved Louis to frequently shout out, "Steen, fix me a "swalla" of coffee with that sweet potato pie."  

Even more intriguing are the customized pour over coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, cafe au laits, freshly brewed iced teas, cinnamon spiced masala chai, and butter pecan, bourbon caramel and banana cookie custard frappes.
